Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve actuarial models and processes to support a range of functions, including pricing, rate setting, cash flow testing, asset-liability management, reserve valuation, corporate planning, and experience studies. These efforts align with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and product management strategies.
- Provide peer review as requested.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive and compliant pricing frameworks.
- Support senior actuaries in delivering high-quality client proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:
- At least three Society of Actuaries actuarial exams passed
- 3+ years of actuarial experience, with a focus on PRT, retirement, annuities or life insurance products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in actuarial modeling software and Excel.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal teams and external clients.
- Knowledge of pension plan design, funding, and regulatory environments is a plus.
