We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the growth and engagement of a global B2C platform focused on quantitative finance, AI, and machine learning. This platform enables individuals worldwide to contribute signals, data, and insights while developing their expertise in financial modeling and AI applications.
The Role:
As the Head of Strategy & Growth for the U.S., you will be responsible for expanding and engaging the platform's user base, serving as the key leader and representative for U.S. participants. You will define and execute growth strategies, manage operations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Brand Development: Work closely with global leadership to define the U.S. growth strategy, establish brand positioning, and develop business cases for new initiatives.
- User Acquisition & Engagement: Oversee the full user lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and support. Develop programs to enhance user participation.
- Operations & Execution: Implement key initiatives such as promotions, competitions, and other engagement strategies to foster community participation.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and external partners to expand the platform's reach and influence.
- Global Best Practices: Lead and contribute to global initiatives, sharing insights and standard methodologies across international teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree from a top university.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2C marketing, user growth, and engagement.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting with B2C clients is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Product experience with a demonstrated impact on user onboarding, conversion, and engagement.
- Experience in quantitative finance, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
