Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the Valuations function, including policies, frameworks, and stakeholder management.
- Lead the team through change and transformation while maintaining focus on risk and controls initiatives.
- Establish valuation practices aligned with accounting standards and trading portfolio requirements.
- Drive strategic initiatives and represent valuation requirements in cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minumum eight years of experience in valuation control, product control, or a related field within trading or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, complex trading strategies, and accounting principles.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with experience driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
