As a Director - Precious Metals you will have the opportunity to drive the expansion of our precious metals division in Singapore and across the APAC region, and work across our global network to leverage our wide access to global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of precious metals business in the APAC region.
- Analyse market trends and provide insights to guide business development activities.
- Oversee the development of innovative products related to precious metals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other business lines and global offices to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Work with global operations and compliance teams to continue development of robust processes in support of product growth.
- Conduct risk assessments related to precious metals trading and investments.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on precious metals.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams.
- Strong analytic skills and a deep understanding of precious metals markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
