Private Credit Secondaries Associate

Position Overview: The Associate within the Private Credit Secondaries team will play a critical role in supporting the team's efforts to provide customized liquidity solutions to private equity funds, hedge funds, and other investment vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including market research, industry analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities.
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio investments, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute investment strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
  • Support the team in client interactions and relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar financial services role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CFA designation or progress towards obtaining it.
  • Experience with Private Capital Advisory or secondary market transactions.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment strategies and products.
