About the Role:

Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a passion for real estate? Our client, a top private investment firm, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team. You'll work closely with Private and Strategic Investments units, focusing on real estate technology initiatives from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with internal users to support applications.
  • Gather Requirements: Collect, validate, and document business needs for tech projects.
  • Plan and Test Systems: Lead system planning, user acceptance testing, and training.
  • Support and Develop: Handle production support and application development tasks.
  • Document: Create and maintain documentation for tech requests.
  • Mentor: Guide and support junior team members.

Technology Experience:

  • Familiarity with real estate systems like Argus, Asset Eye/RealPage, Yardi.
  • Knowledge of private equity systems such as Anaplan, Investran, eFront is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, SQL queries, and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in development is a bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, systems, or finance.
  • Master's degree in finance or technology preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with real estate investment concepts.
