Our client, a boutique investment bank, specializes in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, focusing on mid-market tech services companies. They offer top-tier advisory services, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic consulting, with a commitment to deep industry knowledge, personalized service, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for M&A, capital raising, and advisory services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitch materials.
- Perform industry research and market analysis.
- Build and maintain client and investor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 3+ years in investment banking, focusing on TMT.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: $140K to $170K
- Discretionary Bonus: 50% to 100%
