Responsibilities:
Client Consulting:
- Advise clients on effective health and benefits strategies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
Actuarial Analysis:
- Conduct complex actuarial calculations and analyses.
- Assess financial impact and optimize benefit plan designs.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
- 4+ years of health and benefits actuarial consulting experience.

Certifications:
