A leading health plan in the Midwest is looking for a seasoned ASA/FSA to lead its Risk Adjustment & Quality Analytics team!
This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (with 5-10% annual travel to HQ)
Responsibilities
- Conducts risk score calculations and forecasts for all lines of business
- Assesses the financial implications of potential improvement initiatives and offers pricing and budgeting recommendations.
- Manages the identification of diagnostic coding gaps, confidence modeling, and benchmarking.
- Provides strong leadership to the Quality and Risk Adjustment Analytics team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mathematics or related field
- 7+ years of Risk Adjustment AND Quality Analytics experience
- 3+ years of management experience.
- ASA/FSA designation
