Responsibilities
- Develop good relationships with internal and external parties to ensure quick problem solving and timely support for various audience needs and services
- Perform financial and operational analysis including but not limited to credit, foreign exchange, cash management, and trade services to make sure of fast resolution and client satisfaction
- Work closely with Product Partners to perform KYC activities
- Develop new business and expand or retain existing business
- Ensure appropriate reflection of revenues earned by identifying revenue opportunities and ensure placing of certain products with the clients
- Verify and oversee the quality of assigned accounts
