The Asset Management Associate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relationships with business contacts and relevant market players, leasing agents, contractors, consultants, investors, and in-house property managers
- Lead the budget process for leasing assumptions, and provide information / analysis on recommended capital projects
- Extensive market and industry research
- Thorough understanding of property level financial analysis
- Investment and asset management related work (e.g. reporting, financing activities, disposition activities, corporate initiatives)
The Asset Management Associate has the following qualifications:
- Between 2 and 5 years of related real estate experience with a real estate investment or development firm, reputable investments sales team or brokerage firm, or real estate advisory firm
- Bachelor degree from a top tier institution
- Excellent understanding of Argus and Excel with spreadsheet analysis experience
- Ability to thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced environment
