Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of the branch sales, security, warehouse receiving and distribution
- Developing new and existing customer relationships
- Meeting financial objectives, including sales and gross profit for the Company
- Managing and liaising with major suppliers to ensure supply and quality product
- Managing daily sales quotes, an active pipeline and conversion rate to deliver budget target
- Supervision of staff training and improvement programs
- Participating in regular meetings with Management and other internal departments
Key Requirements:
- Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse and multicultural environment that faces challenges in transportation and communications infrastructures
- Good business acumen - able to evaluate business from a macro level and adjust accordingly to market conditions
- Team leader - able to guide and grow the team
- Preferably have leadership experience before
- Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Demonstrate ability to apply strategic vision
