To be considered for this market-leading highly sought Business Development Director position you must have expertise across credit strategies and a deep investor network across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead, define and implement the business development function for North America;
- To build out a pipeline of prospective investors with the capacity to invest in alternatives credit spaces;
- To add experience, knowledge and expertise to the global business development push
- To represent the blue-chip brand with an impressive technical understanding of a multitude of credit products;
- To attend regular meetings with the key prospective and existing investors;
- To manage relationships with both existing and potential investors, updating them on the firm's leading activities and performance.
Key Requirements
- To have extensive fundraising experience across private and public credit strategies;
- To have a deep investor-network across North American pensions, endowments, family offices, pension funds, financial institutions, and consultants.
- To have a highly technical understanding of alternative credit products.
- To have high-level written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team;
- C.7+ years of experience working.
