A large Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking a Capital Strategies and Formation Associate to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain all marketing materials
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure approvals and accuracy of all documentation
- Conduct DDQs and RFPs
- Maintain internal databases including the CRM and investor reporting system
- Act as POC for investors with any requests that may come in
- Support fundraising activity and help manage existing relationships
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience working in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a Placement Agent
- Knowledge of real estate and private equity
