- Market the banking products and solutions to existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare credit proposals and approve credit facilities in accordance with discretionary authority and risk policies
- Conduct regular reviews and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality and portfolio health
- Work closely with the product specialists, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver customized solutions and seamless execution
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes
- Provide policy advice and guidance related to GB&M products, services, and clients
- Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
Job Requirements:
- University degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of corporate banking experience, with exposure to China SOE, POE, and Red-Chip clients
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management
- Knowledgeable in GB&M products, services, and systems
- Fluent in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
