Responsibilities:
- Leading the secretarial department for Hong Kong
- Conducting Company Secretarial duties for clients
- Working jointly with the Sales and Marketing team to promote the services
- Managing and training junior staff
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients and ensuring that services are provided at a high standard
Requirements:
- University degree or member of HKICS
- 8 - 10years of relevant work experience, including having previously worked at a professional services provider
- Comfortable with working independently
- Experience managing or overseeing junior staff
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
