The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Finance, Economics, or Banking Business as the major
- Proficiency in English and German; familiarity with Chinese is beneficial but not obligatory
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role
- Proficient in commonly used office software
- Emphasis on teamwork, open-mindedness, diligence, and reliability
The Role
- Continuous oversight of regulatory prerequisites
- Arrangement and supervision of compliance initiatives
- Assessment of gaps for implementing significant requirements
- Assistance in enhancing internal regulatory management
- Creation and assessment of internal regulations
- Interaction with bank officials
- Delivery of training on compliance matters
- Routine reporting of compliance projects
