Our client is a premier global institution, and they are currently looking to add a Relationship Manager (ideally at the VP or Director level) in London to grow their European presence. This position offers you the chance to join a lean team that offers a great deal of growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales and relationship programs for business clients
- Implementing and driving successful sales programs and activity
- Partner alongside the Retail banking division and other organisations within the platform to ensure customer excellence/experience
- Manage budget to meet strategic plans and objectives of the platform
- Work closely with the Credit/Risk organisation at the bank throughout the underwriting process
- Maintain relationships with industry leaders, business owners, and C-level executives
Requirements and Desirable Skills:
- Preferably 5+ years of corporate, commercial, or business banking experience and a track record of internal advancement
- Strong Business Development skills
- Proven leadership track record and ability to work/communicate with senior (C-Level) business executives
- Track record of success and interpersonal communication
- Formal credit training a plus - strong knowledge of credit products ideal
- Additional relevant experience in cash management or trade finance a plus, but not required
- Excellent financial and analytic skills
- Bachelors degree preferred, Masters degree a plus
- Self-Starter with strong organisational, written, & presentation skills.
- Team player but able to work independently as well
