My Client, a $2B+ global Manufacturing company, is looking for an Analyst or Associate level candidate to join their Corporate Development team just outside of Turin, Italy. This will allow their rapidly growing company continued growth. If you are an M&A/Corporate Finance professional at the Analyst/Associate level looking to join an exciting and growing company this would be a great opportunity for you! They are also interested in candidates with a background in M&A Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory Services.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering presentations
- Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses as well as assessing risk
- Assisting in all steps of the transaction process
- Taking responsibility for deal execution
- Maintaining internal and external relations during the deal execution period
Requirements:
- Prior experience in M&A transactions - could be from investment banking, transaction advisory, M&A due diligence, or corporate development
- 1-4 years of experience in M&A
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Team player but ability to work independently as well
- Strong communication skills
