Responsibilities
- Develops data-driven strategies by partnering with leaders across the organization to drive business decisions.
- Designs portfolio management strategies to help customers successfully pay off their loans.
- Develop and deploy monitoring frameworks to assess the performance of existing customer portfolios and advise senior management of emerging trends and risks.
- Enhance existing loss and delinquency forecasting framework and monitors performance against actuals.
- Creates and monitors different mechanisms of detecting emerging risks including but not limited to delinquency, loss and roll rate trends, forecast misses, and breakages in correlations.
- Drives customer insights and influences leadership on the value of these strategies.
- Collaborates with business partners, legal, compliance, and collection operations to ensure new strategies are compliant and successfully monitored.
- Utilizes tools such as Python and SQL to organize complex data and uses analytical techniques to create solutions to enhance collection strategy
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Credit Risk Analysis and Portfolio management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of financial (P&L) dynamics of consumer finance business.
- Knowledgeable of credit risk, underwriting, pricing, and marketing analysis.
- Strong data analysis experience within the financial services industry.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field
