JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying customer needs and establish target areas for new business and opportunities
- Knowledge of chemicals and specialty chemicals industry and market trends
- Engage with clients to boost business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
- Lead and prepare business proposals to ensure successful partnerships
- Be responsible and accountable for sales pipeline within the region
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years of experience within the Chemical Industry
- Vast knowledge of the industry and familiar with business development cycle
- Excellent leadership and management skill sets
- Experienced technical knowledge of chemical processes is preferable
- Strong communication capability with listening comprehensive, including spoken and written fluency in English
- Excellent business development with strategic thinking capability, including ability to establish relationships with associated stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently
