Title: Endpoint Engineer
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
Company Summary: A global proprietary firm is looking for an endpoint engineer to join its infrastructure team. This team works on supporting the firm's windows and mac environments, ensuring day to day activity is optimised and uninterrupted.
What you'll do:
- Providing white glove support day to day to the firm's mac and windows environment
- Responsible for all in-office IT, including employee workstations, and conference room setup.
- Support the global team in offices world wide troubleshooting desktops, and OS environments to ensure day to day activity runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in endpoint engineering or similar field.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Intune, JAMF, M365, Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11
- Top notch communication skills, and experience in providing white glove service to all levels (junior teams all the way up to c-level executives)
This role must sit in the firm's Chicago office working in person 5 days per week.
