In this role, you'll utilize your enterprise risk experience to plan, lead, and participate in various risk assessments across numerous risk areas. You'll collaborate with management, mentor team members, and build effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and owners to ensure quality ERM processes, assessments, and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 1st and 2nd Line of Defense activities to mature the company's enterprise risk management programs.
- Develop an annual ORSA, including summaries, reports, remediation plans, and present findings to management.
- Work closely with management, team members, and business units on the development and adherence to risk policies.
- Utilize their industry expertise in Climate and ESG best practices to help identify and improve programs throughout the enterprise, spanning the US, GI and Japanese policies.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree risk management, actuarial science, business management, finance, accounting, economics, or a related business discipline: preferred: MBA
Experience:
- 6 years of professional risk management-related experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding of the principles of enterprise risk management
- Insurance or Financial Services Industry Knowledge
- Preferred: CRM, ARM, RIMS-CRMP, FRM, PMP or other risk/project management or financial designation
