Investment Banking Associate Director - International Investment Boutique, Hamburg
Requirements:
- Bachelors, or higher, degree in Finance or related subjects
- 4+ Years' experience in full-time Investment Banking (M&A) or Corporate Finance focused role
- Exceptional financial modelling skills are required
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking capabilities
- Exceptional communication, teamwork and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the execution of mergers, acquisitions and capital raising activities
- Support in the negotiation of terms and documentation in complex transactions
- Provide thorough financial analysis and valuation
- Perform due diligence and coordinate the completion of relevant documents
- Prepare presentations, information memorandums and other marketing materials
- Monitor market trends and track potential M&A opportunities
- Develop relationships with potential clients and manage relationships with existing clients
