Job Title: Investor Relations Associate

Summary: My client is a leading health-care focused private credit firm with over a billion in AUM. They are looking to hire an IR professional to join their team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the finance industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare LP requests
- Put together materials such as fund presentations, PPMs and DDQs
- Write up quarterly and annual reports for LPs
- Monitor the central database for investor request responses
- Prepare all materials necessary for the annual meetings and events
- Assist with capital raising activities
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top tier university
- 2 years of experience in investor relations/corporate development
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
