KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support IR operations for all private market groups
- Utilize CRM database and firm's investor portal to maintain investor accounts
- Assist with client reporting, cash distributions, and capital calls as it relates to investor communications
- Respond to investor inquiries in a timely fashion and ensure clients receive high quality service
- Engage with internal stakeholders to complete tasks as necessary
- Process client information in CRM system and maintain process transfers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortable using Excel and Word
- Strong written and oral communcation skills
- Customer service oriented
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Salesforce experience preferred
