A major Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) is going private and is expanding the Multifamily Division while seeking an experienced professional in the mortgage loan servicing space.
The individual will be responsible for the firm's securitized portfolio including master servicing, reconciling loan periodic and remittance data, performance, compliance, reporting, deals analysis, and operational processes. They will act as a liaison to other departments both internally within the Multifamily division as well as across other departments. The Manager will lead a team and also provide recommendations for policies and division strategy.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in Loan Servicing
- Multifamily experience
- CREF-C Reporting experience
- CMaster Servicing functions related to CMBS or K-Deal Securitizations
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred, any mortgage/industry related certifications are a plus
