Responsibilities:
- Implementation of an enhanced Program Management & Operational Risk Function
- Development of relationships with key stakeholders across the bank, driving and embedding an enhanced risk culture
- Conduct high-priority risk assessments and provide guidance for the implementation of controls to mitigate enterprise-wide risk
- Implement effective controls to help mitigate identified risks
- Possess a thorough understanding of Bank and Financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in an industry relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk experience within a Bank or Financial Institution
- 2+ years of experience in Program Management or Chief of Staff within a Bank or Financial Institution
- Experience working in CAO/Chief of Staff positions
- Experience implementing controls in highly regulated environments
