My client, an independent, global private investments firm in Paris, is looking to hire an analyst to join their secondaries team.
You will be joining an established team that has grown exponentially, multiplying their AUM from 250mln in 2010 to over 2.5bln currently.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and seizing lucrative investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis.
- Developing financial models to assess potential investments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate risk and return factors.
- Contributing valuable insights to investment strategy discussions.
- Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience, working for a reputable PE firm or Investment Bank. Prior secondaries experience is preferred but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and deal structuring.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English.
