Private Equity Associate Responsibilities:
- Diligence and execute private equity investments opportunities and investments
- Financial modeling including analysis of financial statements and valuations
- Maintain deal pipeline for potential investment opportunities
- Participate in fund raising presentations
- Take lead on industry and competitive market research
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years of Investment Banking Experience
- 1-2 Years of Private Equity Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Ability to model and strong analytical skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
