This position is responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Partnering with product managers to influence technology products that our Research department uses
- Enabling the integration of new technology products being rolled out across Research
- Growing the people around you by teaching and learning together

Position Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of 5 years in an application support role
- Understanding of programming principles and paradigms, ideally within our tech stack: Scala, Python, Java, VBA, SQL
- An undergraduate degree in a technology-related discipline or a degree in a business-related field with a demonstrated passion for technology
- Independent thinker, with common sense, good judgment and logical problem-solving skills
- Extremely high standards, zero tolerance for low quality work
- A customer service mindset
- Experience of working in the financial services industry would be preferred but is not a prerequisite
