Role
- Responsible for analysis of companies and overall industry within the property sector
- Develop and maintain own individual stock coverage.
- Build, maintain and updating company forecast and valuation models
- Analyse market share, trends, and company and sector data
- Conduct statistical analysis of economic data, fundamentals
- Update monthly reports and marketing presentation
Requirements
- In depth understanding of equity markets and extensive knowledge of relevant sector
- Solid experience in equity research and in the relevant sector
- Bachelors degree and ideally Masters degree in relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proactive approach and able to work in a fast paced environment
