Job Responsibilities:
- Source deals with a focus on the logistics space in France
- Form and build strong relationships across the RE space E.g. consultants etc.
- Participate in the execution of real estate private equity deals
- Deliver on the funds strategic objectives
- Manage acquisition process - due diligence, valuation, and financial analysis
- Perform reporting requirements
- Oversee tax and legal obligations
Job Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Finance or Economics related degree
- Experience within the Real Estate space - particularly logistics
- Strong network of existing contacts within the French Real Estate space
- Fluent in French and English - both written and spoken
