Position: Real Estate Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate
Location: San Francisco, CA
A top real estate investment firm with $130+ billion AUM is looking for a Real Estate Private Equity Associate or Senior Associate to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The primary role will be to assist in the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of real estate investments and work with other team members to source, underwrite, and negotiate investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Take on a key role in the investment process
- Participating in the underwriting and due diligence for potential acquisitions across asset classes
- Create financial models and sensitivity analysis for new investment opportunities
- Support the team with ongoing asset management duties
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in real estate private equity/credit, investment banking, or related real estate finance field
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong financial modeling skills
- ARGUS experience is optional but preferred
