Regional Head of Wealth Planning
- Management of Wealth Planning Teams
- Motivate team members individually and collectively to perform successfully delivering high quality services
- Establish and monitor key objectives for individual team members and team collectively
- Leading regular team meetings to update on internal matters, policies, technical developments, achievements against objectives etc.
- Provide team members with feedback on performance regularly and conduct meaningful performance appraisals within time frame notified
- Building and management of Wealth Management key relationships
- Implement a market focused philosophy to communications between self and respective Market Heads; team members and RMs in markets
- Present relevant training and regular reporting to market Heads
- Meetings and discussions with Clients, RMs and professional advisors in developing relationship and solutions.
- Attendance and contribution at meetings, business development working groups etc - with Market Heads and their teams
- Internal presentations on WPS organization and plans as and when required
- Wealth Planning and Risk Management
- Ensure all wealth planning solutions proposed are compliant with Trust and Fiduciary Services Key Principles especially with regard to any solution which has tax optimization as key objective
- Ensure external legal and or tax advice is obtained in accordance with the policies of the respective TFS sites where the prospective structure is to be introduced.
- Maintain good professional relationships with management of TFS sites and ensure any changes to their policies are effectively to the team
