Title: Secondary Advisory (Vice President or Director)
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a global investment bank is looking for a Vice President or Director to join their fully integrated Secondary Advisory team in New York City.
*The Secondary Advisory group's expansion is a strategic priority for the bank*
The role will involve the following:
- Drive new business origination
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of presentation and marketing materials
- Play a key leadership role in all aspects of GP-led or LP-led secondary transactions
- Work closely with the firm's senior leadership
- Assist with the expansion and growth of the Secondary Advisory team
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements:
- Prior Secondaries or Fundraising experience with an Investment Bank, Placement Agent, or Private Equity firm is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and technical skill set
- Ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $275,0000
