Job Description
- Able to conduct full client onboarding cycle - account opening documentation for clients
- Ensure completeness in accordance with KYC policy and guidelines by conducting due diligence
- Communicate and work with relationship managers adhering to advisory processes
- Well versed with KYC requirements as suggested by MAS and other major Asia countries
- Continuous work with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure client portfolios are up to date
- Assist core teams to perform on-boarding process or oversee periodic review for clients
- Ensure excellent performance within the team through structural, directional guidance
- Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted promptly
- Able to work on given tasks effectively
Skills
- 5 plus years of experience in the operational and service field
- Lead and manage team effectively
- Private Banking (PB) or External Asset Management (EAM) experience will be highly advantageous
- Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
