Responsibilities:
- Identifying market drivers and confirming these are integrated into short and long-term forecasts
- Coordinating views of market shifts with key shareholders
- Aligning research and analysis with the company's commercial focus
- Working closely with other members of the Sustainability, Fundamental, Structuring, Risk, and other teams to ensure consistent and coordinated analysis.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years' experience of evaluating the impacts of markets, including exposure to production cost and/or economic modeling
- Background with environmental markets and/or polices on the state and federal level is ideal
- Analyzing and modeling environmental policies using IPM or a similar model
- Outstanding written and communication skills
- Programming skills, such as Python, MATLAB, SQL preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and able to work individually with little supervision and as part of a larger group
