The Contact Center System Engineer will be responsible forโฆ
Deliver and Support of AWS solutions on the Cloud Contact Center Solutions
Participate in service reviews and post incident reviews
Confer with and guide multiple onshore/offshore teams
Review implementation plans and release documentation
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting solutions within AWS Contact Center Solutions
- Experience with contact center technologies like Avaya, Genesys, CUCM, Aspect, etcโฆ
- Experience supporting design solutions in various AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, API gateways,
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Stash, etcโฆ
- Ability to take on new challenges and assimilate new information quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Any of the 12 AWS Certifications
- Experience with any Contact Center telephony solutions
