My client, a billion dollar value-oriented investment management firm is looking to add a Trade Support Analyst to their lean team in Jacksonville, FL. They are looking for an individual to start in an operational position and advance to a role on the investments team, should that be desired or of interest.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate trade orders to ensure they are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Confirm trade details with counterparties and internal teams to verify accuracy.
- Process and reconcile trades, ensuring that all trades are recorded and settled correctly.
- Identify and resolve trade discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with traders, compliance teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation techniques.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
