This client is a full service independent investment bank seeking an associate to join their Transaction Advisory Services group. This team provides diligence to financial, tax, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technical accounting to private equity and corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members on projects
- Examine target company financial data and other information to identify
- Quality of earnings
- Generate operational insights using data and analytics to asses profitability drivers and evaluate key risjs and opportunities for a company
- Prepare and review customized transaction advisory reports
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Finance or closely related disciple or 3+ years of professional experience beyond bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in financial due diligence
- CPA
- Highly motivated individual
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
