This role entails being the first point of contact for all clients and determining their financial needs in order to develop a plan that meets the client's goals and objectives. This person will play a pivotal role in not only building, but also solidifying client relationships.
Due to the role this individual will be playing in the organization, it is highly preferred that this person comes with prior experience exceeding client expectations by conducting in depth conversations to develop financial plans, collaborating with employees and partners to match clients with the right services, and simply being a true leader and relationship expert across the bank.
Some other requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Performing Relationship Management for HNW & Mass Affluent clients
- Ability to bring in new prospects by phone or email to build trusted relationships
- Providing advice to HNW & Mass Affluent clients by working alongside employees and partners to ensure they are paired with the correct services
Additional qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- 4+ years of experience working at a Bank and performing relationship management for HNW & Mass Affluent clients
