Are you an experienced analyst with a passion for technology mergers and acquisitions? Do you have at least two years of experience in TMT or similar sectors, coupled with fluency in German, Nordic languages, or European languages? If so, we'd like to hear from you. Our client, a leading Investment Bank, is seeking an ambitious individual who can join their team as an Analyst 2 based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets within the Technology sector
- Conduct financial analysis on target companies
- Assist senior bankers throughout the deal process
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of two years' experience working within Mergers & Acquisitions specifically focused on Technology.
-Analytical skills that demonstrate ability to conduct thorough research and produce quality results.
-Demonstrable knowledge through academic achievement; Bachelor's degree minimum requirement but preference given to those holding advanced degrees such as MBA/CPA/CFA.
Fluency preferred for any ONE language below:
-German
-Nordic Languages (Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish)
-European Language(s)
