Qualifications:

Skills:
M&A :
The successful candidate will have experience working on mergers, acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, joint ventures transactions at least 2 years when it comes down corporate finance which includes understanding financial statements analysis such as income statement balance sheet cash flows etc.
Capital Markets:
Experience participating capital markets activities like IPOs secondary offerings bonds issuances debt syndications loan facilities equity financing derivatives trading structuring hedging commodities foreign exchange risk management.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
* Conducting research into potential investment opportunities utilising available resources;
* Building complex models analysing company data related synergies forecasts revenue streams operating expenses valuation methodologies other key metrics;
* Preparation presentation materials including pitch books marketing documents confidential information memorandums teasers offering circulars roadshow presentations prospectuses private placement memorandum;
