The Responsibilities Include:
- Handle the full spectrum of corporate services, incl. the maintenance and administration of records, preparation of minutes and resolutions, initial corporate action for Hong Kong and offshore companies (BVI, Cayman and Seychelles).
- Ensure compliance, annual filing and reporting for offshore companies with company standards, policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the Senior Manager and the business development team
- Train and supervise Officers/ Administrators
- Work closely with clients, as well as other professionals and financial institutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with CSA software program and PC are essential
- Experience in Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) and trust administration are advantageous
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Min. 5+ years relevant experience and exposure in dealing with foreign clients
- Membership of HKICS or CGI, degree holder preferred
