In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with portfolio managers and strategists to create tools actively utilized by the trading group, directly influencing the company's financial performance.
Responsibilities:
* Create, test, and uphold software applications using C#/WPF to guarantee strong functionality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand software specifications and requirements.
* Generate code that is clean, effective, and easy to maintain, adhering to established standards and best practices.
* Enhance existing software applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to ensure ongoing performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- Established professional experience in crafting WPF applications using C#
- A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of pertinent experience, OR
- A Master's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Adept in object-oriented programming, showcasing a firm understanding of core concepts and practices.
- Proficient in SQL, demonstrating strong skills in database querying, design, and management.
