Responsibilities
Spearhead and implement strategic external communication plans and earned media campaigns.
Collaborate with communication counterparts globally while working closely with the marketing teams to craft and execute communication strategies.
Analyze and capitalize on trends to shape and position compelling business narratives, developing comprehensive communication plans to amplify these narratives.
Utilize business and product expertise to uncover unique media angles for pitches.
Cultivate relationships with a diverse range of media targets, both conventional and non-traditional.
Foster strong connections with key stakeholders across various business units.

Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor's degree in any academic field.
4 - 8 years of communication experience and solid understanding of the asset management industry
Demonstrates a good understanding of the asset management sector, its culture, and associated client profiles, with advantageous knowledge across multiple asset classes, including fixed income, equities, and real estate.
Fluent in writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese.
Shows an entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action.
