A leading credit asset manager with $50bn AUM is looking to add an Associate to the Corporate Development team in NYC. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives for the Firm with a focus on driving growth and profitability. These projects include M&A, capital raising for both debt and equity, partnerships and new product explorations.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of prior corporate development experience or investment banking experience in a financial institutions group
- Strong modeling and analytical skills
- Interest in focusing on growth through business strategy and corporate development
