We have an opening as a Corporate Development Associate with a multi-specialty physician practice managemetn comapny. This is a rollup strategy and will be largely M&A focused. While the firm is based on the West coast, this is a completely remote role, reporting into a VP in Chicago.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development or an M&A/transactions focused role
- Preferably experience within Healthcare, specifically with exposure to physician practice management
- Bachelors degree from a top university, preferably within Finance or related feild
- Strong modeling, understands deals / the dilligence process and is financially astute
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
