Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of monitoring, tracing, log, alarm, and computing engine technologies.
2. Manage large-scale log data storage, retrieval, and analysis for high-concurrency distributed systems.
3. Ensure high-performance, high-availability observability services and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficient in a programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, C++).
3. Expertise in observability platforms and open-source contributions.
4. Experience with Elasticsearch, Clickhouse, Kafka, Flink, Prometheus, and optimization techniques.
